Well as you may be asking yourself, what's with all the pink? Breast Cancer Awareness Month is October and all over the blogosphere people are redesigning their sites with a pink theme in support of the cause. This idea was started over at pinkforoctober.org and those interested should head over and read more about it and how you can help spread the word. My interest in this subject extends over for personal reasons, my grandmother is a survivor of breast cancer. It's not hard to see how devastating a disease this can be and it's my pleasure to do this tiny bit to spread the word and hopefully help in a small way. So pink all around that's how it will be for the month, enjoy and head on over and do your part.

Apple Computers engineers some stunningly beautiful hardware and software. Visually in my opinion these machines are surpassed by no one. Now take the ease of use, great hardware, fantastic design and combine it with a Smart Coupe and this is what you get, every mac geek's dream come true. Now this is one nice little package all neatly wrapped and tons of little details that really complete the look and feel of this project. Now this is quite an interesting piece of equipment. Seitz 6x17 Digital, a 16 megapixel panoramic camera. The image files are so large that its memory card is essentially an Apple Mac Mini, that's just too cool. Check out the specs here and some nice sample images.

Okay, I've found a pretty well featured way to create my own photoblog. So I'm going to keep this as I mentioned before a place for my personal and creative thoughts and a way to share some great visual goodies I run into. In the mean time I will continue to post my photography on my new photoblog which is you can find here.

Oh and I came across this really cool video the other day check it out, it seems a bit familiar but I like it nonetheless. It reminded me of my college days in art history class, not necessarily a bad thing I enjoyed history is that tests that sucked.

Another Day, Another Cheesy Fishy - my son love's these

Well, it has been quite a while since I've blogged but the summer is over and things are finally dying down a bit. So now I have more time to devote to some photography. To give everyone a quick overview of what's been happening on my side of the world when I last wrote the summer was about half over and very busy. During the last 2 months summer went well and my family visited, my son turned the big three and preschool started so he's loving that. The big news however is that we found out that my lovely wife will be having a beautiful baby girl all is going well so far with the pregnancy so that's exciting. Another small bit of news that I'm sure you've noticed by now is that I have re-designed the site yet again. I moved the blog out of wordpress which from what I've seen almost never happens, for me however wordpress was just a bit over my head. I'm losing a lot of nice features but I think it'll give me an opportunity to concentrate on the creative not the technical. So getting to it here's my submission for this weeks PhotoFriday theme "Bright".
